Day After Wedding Photo Shoot
I love the vibes on the day after wedding photo shoot! It is a pure portrait session dedicate solely on the newlyweds. The main reason is that I can relive with my loving couples the highlights of the wedding and laugh with the happy memories and all the fun we had. Shooting in a relaxed atmosphere, having the chance to wear your wedding dress again, recalling the exciting moments at a beautiful location… this is what a day after wedding photo shoot is all about.
We met with Martina and Yiannis on a sunny Sunday morning at our favorite place on the western part of Attica. We enjoyed the warm sun on our faces and the salty air. I adore being a silent spectator of their sweet talks and laughter with their inside jokes about their wedding. Being stress-free after so many months of wedding planning can put an extra smile on your face… plus the beautiful sunlight can work wonders.
We loved this Rainy Wedding
Their beautiful rainy wedding in Athens is the living proof that true love is, indeed, the magical ingredient behind meaningful photographs. Rain or sunshine, what matters most is that you are getting married the person you love! What a happy rainy wedding, it really was!
From where I come from, we have a saying about rainy wedding days: “Sposa bagnata, Sposa fortunate” which means that a wet bride is a lucky bride.
However, I was sure that Martina and Yiannis were more than lucky and not because of the rain on their wedding day: happy smiles, beautiful music, vibrant colours, positive energy, cheerful people surrounding the couple, love… nothing could ruin their wedding day!
Martina and Yiannis were so relaxed, they enjoyed their wedding day and felt comfortable in front of the camera. That came also as a result of a great connection with the photography camera. Our pre-wedding session and lifestyle couples photoshoot had a marvelous effect on both of them. It felt natural and easy to have their personal photographer on their big day.

The morning I met Martina and Yannis at their apartment it was a few weeks before their wedding day. They were relaxed and enjoying that beautiful Sunday morning. Coffee was served and it was the best! What else could I ask for? A couple madly in love, the aroma of freshly made coffee and a home full of sunshine!

The best moment of that day was… Well… guess… I had a bonus…not to mention two! Martina decided to baked her famous homemade croissants and I had the best little helper ever: little Achilles, sniffing around my bag and equipment and demanding more and more hugs and caresses that everyone was more than happy to give.
